The hardtuned 1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT

Reskinning the passenger door. Further stripping of the original revealed some pretty deep fiberglass and bondo filler and that the rear corner of the door frame was compressed. The first task was to grind the door skin off of the frame at the edges, as it's folded over and tack welded in place. Once that was separated, I could cut the bottom corner from the frame. Conrad Stevenson had a door I could cannibalize for the rear corner, so I made a pattern (in tinfoil) of my cut and pulled the corresponding corner from the donor and welded it into my frame. Then the inside was treated with POR, the rust inhibiting paint and the door skin was placed and hand-hammered over the frame.
