The hardtuned 1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint Speciale
Reassembly: Vince wanted to see the bits go on the car, and helped with the door rubbers and such, so I brought pieces in and did some of the initial reassembly in his San Carlos CA shop. The original grill mesh was missing, so I made a grill from GTA style mesh kindly donated by Larry E. There was one minor hiccup on the passenger door, which led to some ajustment and a respray, but once the doors were on, rubber and side window /roof chrome and easy bits, I towed it home to complete the rest. CK helped pull the windows in place, gauges were cleaned and reinstalled, window mechanisms and felts went back on, fuel sending unit was cleaned up with a new float, and after a simple tuneup it was back on the road.
